4. Sleep changes. Either sleeplessness, especially waking in the primeval hours of the morning, or oversleeping (also known as hypersomnia).
Treatment of Stress
1. Learn as much as you can concerning your stress. It’s important to determine whether your stress symptoms are due to an underlying medical condition.
2. If so, that condition will need to be treated first. How severe your stress is also has a role in treatment; the more severe the stress, the more intensive the treatment is likely to be.

My grandpa says that stress did not exist before he says that things have changed so much that people need excuses and that “stress” as we call it is just and excuse sometimes.
