I tam a healthy,active 57 year old woman.I work 4 days,in the
medical field,which is very stressful.I am wondering if it is stress,or is 2 cups of morning coffee too much at this age!
I also heard that rapid heartbeat occurs often in post menopausal women.what do you think?

yes, it can cause tachycardia.
If your body doesn’t feel good when you drink coffee, try switching to decaf….
